Is familiar with the 2024/25 LTF competition regulations and the Code of Ethics and undertakes to pay the taxes due to the team and the imposed fines.
Is familiar with 1995 December 20 No. I-1151, Clauses 1 and 2 of Article 14 of the Sports Law of the Republic of Lithuania and assumes full responsibility related to possible risks to the life and health of club volleyball players during matches, participating in competitions organized by LTF volleyball, if the athlete does not have a doctor's permission on the day of the match.
Article 14 of the Sports Law of the Republic of Lithuania "Requirements for the organization of sports exercises, sports competitions, physical activity exercises and other sports events":
"Organizers of sports exercises, sports competitions, physical activity exercises and other sports events, when informing about the event (exercises), must also indicate possible risks to the life and (or) health of the person that may occur to the participant during the event (exercises), and recommend before participation at the event (exercises) to check their health at personal health care institutions. Minors who have not had their health checked at personal health care institutions or who, according to the received conclusion, cannot participate in the selected sports exercises, sports competitions, the organizers of sports exercises, sports competitions do not allow them to participate in sports exercises, sports competitions.
A person is allowed to participate in sports exercises, sports competitions, physical activity exercises and other sports events only if he or his representatives, in accordance with the law, declare in writing (including electronically) that he has been introduced to the information specified in paragraph 1 of this article and undertakes responsibility for the state of health during participation in such an event, with the exception of minors, for whom a health check-up is mandatory."
